If its possible to update this as of 2025 Jan, that'd be great. Is their a way to still play the game at all? I've been trying to download it again on a new Mac but without flash running the mod or the game at all has been impossible

Correct, this is a 32 bit version, the latest versions of MacOS are 64 bit only I'll update with more versions and edit the post

Instantly improved my framerate by a lot. Simply downloading the flash players and changing my default program for opening loader works.
