hotfix to adjust commented example code

turns out when loading as a char folder, the code was being evaluated in the fallback vanilla mode even though has extra loader features.
changed initialization code to provide consistent handling.

added rgbfill support, plug follows the ankle cuffs rgbfill 2

tweaked loading code, should support being loaded through a loader character folder, as well as with moreclothing.

also, can still do the in-out movement in vanilla so allowed this, just not the fancy rotation. vanilla doesn't have custom positions anyway so not really losing a features.
