added another mode, inmouthenabled, allowing her to use jumbled speach when the penis is in her mouth, but not deepthroating.
she will open her jaw a bit and try to make word phenomes in this mode.
this is the left button, white means this mode is disabled, green has this feature enabled.
the gaggeddialog button now has another state.
white means gagged dialog disabled.
green is original feature of the mod, where she will say jumbled dialog when wearing a gag.
yellow allows her to do jumbled dialog while wearing a gag, and while having the penis in her mouth (but not deepthroating)
