The harness will automatically scale up or down to fit smaller and larger penises. It will not fit onto different scrotum sizes. In fact it will hide the male character's scrotum entirely, replacing it with the static version shown in the preview image. You can re-enable the animated scrotum after loading this mod, but it will look very silly.
