adjusted label naming to account for char folder loading
adjusted hueregister tracking to piggyback off mod button tracking, probably better at not leaving empty entries behind.
added a label on the menu to indicate this mod is individualmodreset (because the menu style has been reused for some of my other mods)
adjusted loading related code to split up sequentially loaded mods into separate button entries (specficially occurs with mods loaded through Code.txt)
changed default setting of modpagemode to enabled, as it seems most folks prefer menus not on the right side of the game window
