This is very good! Hope to see more from you.
I'm withholding the 5 since it could use a bit of cleanup around the edges and the black outline is a little too dark for a fairly bright hair imo.
A good tip for cleaning up hairs that are made as bitmaps is to create a layer underneath with a color that will contrast against every colour of the hair (bright orange in this case). That'll show the stray pixels that need to be deleted.
