Just tried out the new update and for me, the color is constantly flashing back and forth between a few different darker colors regardless of the tan or other color settings I have. Not sure why it might be happening but I thought I'd report.
I think you are experiencing the same issue which was reported by user hikasamo. (See his review below.)
Unfortunately, I don't know how to resolve it.
However, there's a few alternative ways of applying the mod. I listed them in my response to hikasamo's review.

The tan lines are a feature of the vanilla game.
The widgets are located in the middle column of the "Scene" tab, right under the controls for the clothing.
Hi. I'm sorry to hear the mod doesn't work for you.
I did some testing and can confirm the mod doesn't work as intended when loaded through a character folder via the Mods.txt file.
(For me, the mod loads, but shows the dark version of the nipples instead of the light ones. Switching skin tone causes the mod to disappear.)
Unfortunately, I cannot tell right now what causes this issue.
The following ways of applying the mod work for me:
- Loading the mod via moreclothing.
- Loading the mod via switchSet.
- Loading the mod manually via the modding tab.
I will try to reach out to the more experienced modders in order to get to the bottom of the loading problem.
