Great job for a first try.

There are several artifacts around the hair that you need to erase. You should always place the hair against a dark background to check for artifacts. You also missed some of the references background between the bottom locks of hair.

I also think the hair is a bit large in the front. It would probably look better if you just erase part of the hair there.
