Here's an edited version of Mineur's static hair for Megumin without her hat. You can find Megumin's original hair with her hat in Mineur's import thread.
Other than redrawing the upper half of her hair, I also moved the hair over to the under-ear layer and fixed a minor error with the original's underlayer.
I'm sure I wasn't the only one who wanted this, but sadly Mineur isn't around any longer. Because it looks a bit too simplistic without her hat, I may make a new hatless Megumin hair from scratch with more detail in the future.
