Ninja Mask (Up/Down Toggable) [RGB2] v3.2 3.2 LDR

v3.2 Changes:
1.) Again, thanks to @sby the issue where her mouth is also open in gag mode has been fixed.
2.) Addressed the issue where the art didn't move correctly in the down position by moving the 'down' art from the same Gag mod to the Collar mod. This breaks the art where it attaches to the head so I had to redraw it. While still not perfect, better than the previous look overall.

Next update: Improved art where the face and collar join, remove the neck mod above the mask only in the 'down' position.

@tickles did some rigorous testing on this mod and found two very important issues:
1.) PNG/Static Hair rendered the button non-operational.
2.) The mouth stays open as if she has a gag in her mouth.

Sby, once again, is the hero of the hour for the #1 fix.

#2 however is still something to think on. For now it's a feature.
