Static Hair mod for Ogata Rizu from "We never learn"
This is my first mod I made btw. so if there are any tips/things you would suggest to change/do differently I'd appreciate it ^^'.
Might make her school uniform if I there is demand
(the "with clothes" swf file clothes her in basically anything besides the school uniform jacket)
