Template Extension is a mod by Sby found here: https://www.undertow.club/downloads/templateextension.3679/.
Alternatively, you can just download Sby's Loaderpack which includes all the mainstream mods in use as of recent. It might be a bit overkill, but it includes the Loader and Template Extension: https://www.undertow.club/downloads/sby-loaderpack.4591/.
