I think the second one works. I have no idea what's the actual canon hue for her dark skin tone, as it looks gray in the anime screenshots and manga panels, but in some art it looks gray, while in other ones it looks more like a normal dark human skin tone. You're an adult, you can resolve this yourself if you want it changed.
For the clothes in the screenshots, they're the long sleeved school shirt and the school loafers, and then the skirt from the short wedding dress. These screenshots also feature the FeetForHeels mod, the EyeLidLine mod, and one of the mods for adding bags under her eyes, because I think that's cute.
Remember, to make her really small you will need the AnySizeHer mod, but mind that a lot of AnimTools positions will not work that well if there's too much disparity in the body sizes.
