SDTHorse.zip is the character file, you can add it to your game the same way you would add any other character, putting the file in your mods and adding SDTHorse:SDTHorse to your CharacterFolders.txt file.
If you're going to edit the mod at all I suggest using FFA. Please note when making visual edits that the body part PNGs should stay the same aspect ratio and that they do not line up when overlayed on one another because of the way SDT loads the parts.
