Great job, when I try to make the panties and other pieces transparent in the bottom area, none of them managed to look good because of how the mods were made.

I added the links to the resources to the post.

Regarding the forced transparency: You can do this by using a transparent color for the rgbFill layer in the FLA.
This way there will be a "baseline" transparency which you cannot remove using the in-game alpha silder.
I did this because the mod is named *see-through* panties.

Now that I think about it, this decision puts a limitation to the mod which is unnecessary.

I think I'm going to make a version which allows you to use an opaque color.
