Are you trying to load this through MoreClothing, using the "Import SWF" button, or something else?
Generally these eyebrows will remove the vanilla eyebrows and replace them. If you're seeing no eyebrows at all it might be due to an conflict with another mod or incorrect usage.

To help me diagnosis the issue feel free to DM the details of the problem.

You can really change them to whatever you'd like really. These are completely rebuilt and redrawn eyebrow tweens. I've also made extremely thick eyebrows in the past too.
