Steam Overlay (Foreground + Background) [LOADER]
At the request of R Rod I have made a stand-alone version of my Steam Overlay I baked into other animated backgrounds and foregrounds.
There is an included LOADER Settings file:
The following variables can be adjusted:
blend=overlay
//example blends modes are overlay (recommended), screen, add, multiply, hardlight, difference)
alp=0.25
//alpha from 0 -> 1
layer=bg
//layer fg [foreground] or bg [background]
This mod was originally used for the following:
