Load the mod into MoreClothing with the line
[CODE]Tomoe Gozen (Saber) Swimsuit.swf=Tomoe Gozen[/CODE]
And it should properly split itself out. Note that the name on the right side of the = does not specifically need to be Tomoe Gozen, anything works. This functions on both the standalone swimsuit mod and the mod which packages her hair in. Doing it this way will split the mod into the various sliders the pieces associate to; see the bottom of the description for a list.

And it should properly split apart. As before, the right side doesnt need to say "Tomoe Gozen", just know that whatever you put there will be the displayed name on the slider(s) in-game so you know what you're looking for.
