wincecontrolV1 by sby

a persist mod, made to use in INIT folder
adds a button on the 'options' in game menu to change wince control.

toggle to red for: wincing off
toggle to blue for: wincing enabled only used when awake
toggle to white for: default sdt behavior, wincing enabled when awake and passed out

there are some settings to reset the option on reset and startup
charcode saving supported
