Can't you use dialogue (via Dialogue Actions or some other mod) to change the background color of any given text box?

They should permit HIM talking and her THOUGHT lines, just not HER speaking lines. Are you using vanilla or Dialogue Actions + Loader? If vanilla, try using an Intro THOUGHT or HIM line, and make sure you don't trigger any other lines prior to this intro firing. One trick is to have a version...

I really like your (Animtools?) pose there - I've never really seen such a convincing one showing the legs in three dimensions. Can you post it?

There are a few clothing items that don't work with MoreClothing, right? Are you getting an error when you add these items or does MoreClothing fail to initiate at all?

If you use the Loader and install Dialogue Actions you can script/command he to do so via dialogue. There is also a Loader mod for just this called something like Her Masturbate. It might be in the archive.
