You should be able to download the #6 ballet shoes by visiting the URL directly above your post. The other files weren't collected into the Archive and so they're effectively "lost" at the moment. If anyone out there has retained copies of these mods then please feel free to share links. I'll edit the OP to include any new mirrors (and/or I'll just attach the files to METALDARK's first post).

G Garrick : In the meantime, you might want to browse through the work of @BrokenToaster (most of which is available only in his thread). He has created many footwear mods based on real-world fashion (as opposed to the impractical stuff that's typical of anime) and he's usually open to requests.

P.S. If you want an artist to create something for you, then please remember to provide useful Reference Images.
