PS:I would also like some help with the hair because whenever ''On legs'' is turned on the the lower part of the arm moves over the hair which looks silly, I don't know how to fix this because I'm not that skilled.

Yes, this is the right place to post it. I can't help with tips regarding the hair though.

Yea I had a similar problem (with the arm) and I don't believe there is any "fix" for that. It's just the way its programmed, the forearm isn't set the same way as the upper arm (not sure why). Only way around it is to make your hair go behind the body, which if you look at most peoples work that's what they do with hair that long. And if you would like some pointers on perfecting your hairs check out Voltlight's tutorial, very helpful to anyone new to this, I'll post the link.
