Oh, sorry for the late reply, didn't see the question at first.Well, that one was a lucky pose with the same tags. However, there are ways to get the desired pose.First of all, ControlNet, the explanation would be a bit complicated and I'd do a worse job than guides you can google up so I won't touch it here.Second, you can just generate something, roughly edit it in photoshop or mspaint or wherever and then use Inpaint subtool in img2img with Denoising Strength value at ~0.5-0.6 on the photoshopped area. It usually takes 3-4 generations to make something decent. It also usually has some minor mistakes but then you can send the generation you liked to inpaint again and just inpaint the smaller areas until you get what you like. It doesn't really take that much time. And then you can also add the usual R-18G zako stuff like wounds or pee by adding specific LORAs and prompts to the inpaint and switching models in the process.Example:
