I saw your request but couldn't find any good references for Carmen. If you can get some good references I could give it a shot.
As far as revision go, I think someone has already updated the spies. They're good esp. Clover. Check the archive.

Again for some reason they changed the mothers' hair colors between seasons. I would prefer the older color, but would understand if you went another way.

Also I'm posting these two pics for good measure. One of the pic seems to make them younger for some reason.

The one from old shows could use some details like shadows, maybe it wont be like the original, but will fit the style of her body, or change the body to look less shiny... something like:

H= -10
S= 221
L= 400
C= 12

I made a skin code for Lady Jaye and posted it in the GI Joe girls section. It may undergo a bit tweaking as far as skin color goes, because its kinda tricky to match the color of the cartoons with the SDT color options. Boob size, however was not an issue, as Lady Jaye had quite an ample figure. (Seriously. Watch "Eau de Cobra", "Cold Slither", "Skeletons in The Closet" and "Cobrathon". Lady Jaye and Baroness are STACKED.)

If I get a chance, I may try a Sadira skin code, but that will be tricky.
