Edit: Oh, Cerophono had a more useful reply, so I'll just "spoiler" mine!

You could try, (if you have resorep):

• Clear resorep output folder or back it up if you wish to keep w/e you've got in there.
• Activate the output function so that resorep saves textures.
• Enter a server where you have no characters and enter character selection for each of the female classes.
• Go through various or all available armor sets and outfits in the character creation screen.
• Close black desert.
• Run resorep and turn off the output function again.
• Go to the output folder and find the textures for the classes that are no longer naked (A bit time consuming)
• Check if the file name of the .dds files remain the same.
• If the texture file names have changed, copy the new names and rename the .dds files in the "modded"-folder per need.
• Launch the game as you usually do.

This may not be the reason for why your game is messing up though and it can be quite time consuming to do.

You can wait untill someone who knows why posts, this is just one thing I would do if I encoutered this issue.
