NOTE: Things this files_to_patch changes above in My BDO world. are your effects on everything...Sounds some of them. Loading screens. Landscape changes (Unfinished) weather(Still working on) Ocean waves. (min max waves) Sorry i like scary stuff. and much much more. Keep in mind i left out ALL char text files. partcuts. and model edits. so you can enjoy BDO with ur items. ( I left scholar and guardian in there feel free to remove )   KEEP IN MIND CHAR MODS WILL BREAK JULY 3rd!!  Tell commondata is changed. (updated) no big deal.
