There is a 101 modding guide on the discord (PDF) that kind of shows a step by step what tools you need, how to extract files from the game, and how to insert them back.But yeah, documentation is kinda bad because the modding community is relatively small, and PA's file structure is just horrible to work with.Good place to start is at least make sure you have all the tools (Search for UndercoverPervert's BDO toolkit on these forums) and follow that 101 guide, and try to experiment from there.
