I have the same OS but works like a charm. Try to update or reinstall Direct X, it should work normally.Also don´t start Client/Game/NC Client with UMod, do it manually. Start Umod with rightclick -> open as admin, set hook, add game NC Client, add game B&S Atomix Client, start NC Client manually, click play now.
