Change default color swatches? (1 Viewer)

Is there a way to change/replace the default color swatches for clothes? I know you can change the ones for the hair via HairRGB but I would like a way to replace the default color swatches because it gets annoying having to repeatedly adjust the RGB settings.

That one is included in the modpack I'm using, but I don't think I've tried it. I'll experiment with it for a bit and see if it works.
