Is there a way you can change the size of the forehead? For some characters who have a characteristic forehead it's a must-have I think. ;)

Is there already something like that?

Possible, but what are you looking for exactly. Cavegirl with big slopeing forehead, or Super Saiyan 3? This is why Requests need to come with references
