The only traditional media tool he uses are pencils, and he doesn't have any coloring material. Every colored project he does is done digitally. So unless you're okay with a pencil sketch hard copy of a commission picture, digital might be your best bet.He accepts payment via paypal. I know what you mean by money being tight.
