Not to hijack but I've been curious about something similar. I was wondering if him and her are about the same height from ankle to shoulder. I've been scaling her based on irl heights in inches. If their heights are much different I may have to rethink how I do those calcs.
Getting to your question, let me take a few screenshots and measure them in gimp. I was about to run it today so I can get you some numbers while I'm at it. Tbh, I could do the same for my question as well.
Edit: Just from a quick measurement and as precise as I could, thigh near the groin is about 80 and near the knee is about 50. I measured the upper thigh a few pixels away from where it meets her belly. This was with default body shapes and a scale of 1.0.
