Good work on the Saiyan hairs.  I find no qualms with the armor except for the fact that it really looks sexified (which is totally fine as fap material); I'd rather it look like it was based off of the traditional Saiyan armor, with the boots being more calf-high, the armor itself covers the entire torso, etc.  It still has several elements that make it applicable as Saiyan armor (i.e. Shoulder pads, hip pads, wrapped tail, and even the toes of the boots).

I have a couple suggestions regarding the current design if you want feedback on how to make the sexified look improved.  First of all, the shoulderstrap, I believe, should be skin tight, seeing as how the anime makes it known that it adjusts its size according to the wearer.  Same with the thigh-high boots/stockings.  I don't recall any Saiyan boots being that loose around the leg at the mouth of the footwear.  Should probably make that bulge a little wider than the leg, so that it looks like it has some depth (to show some sort of protective material), but isn't thin or loose.
