Is there a Little Sister Dialogue?
Yes, there are dialogues which include younger sisters. Example.

If you're simply looking for existing material then you can easily search for "little sister". If you're seeking a very specific variation on this theme (such as "those creepy Little Sisters from Bioshock"), or if you're trying to request a new dialogue, then you'll need to provide details. This post explains the concept a bit; please try to answer questions such as:
  • who are the characters and what is their relation to each other?
    • you might say "they're obviously brother and sister" but that's not entirely true. They could be "futa and sister" after all.
    • character archetypes (such as "cheerleader") or approximate ages may help an author to understand your expectations
    • assuming that they're family: do these characters see each other every day? Or are they meeting again after a long absence?
  • what are the circumstances of the encounter?
    • was it arranged by one of the characters? Is there coercion, manipulation, or blackmail involved? Is either character intoxicated, restrained, or otherwise impaired?
    • is the encounter a one-time affair? Does it mark the beginning of a sexual relationship? Or is it a typical encounter within an ongoing/established sexual relationship?
    • is the encounter a clandestine one? Do the characters need to be quick and quiet for fear of discovery, or can they take their time and scream obscenities at each other?
  • what are the characters' attitudes towards sex?
    • is either character reluctant or inexperienced?
    • should the characters' attitudes change as the scene progresses?
  • should one character be especially dominant within the scene?
    • should dominance shift as the scene progresses?
  • should the characters' speech indicate eagerness? Gratitude? Romance? Confusion? Contempt? Embarassment? etc
    • should the characters express any inner monologue? If so: should it match their speech or contradict it? Are there any important secrets which the author should reveal to the reader?
  • if you expect the scene to include multiple phases (such as costume changes, different sexual positions, or changes of scenery) then you should try to describe them.
