Yeah, it's the "~" key, some websites said that some users have problem with opening up the console and I happen to be one of them. lolI think the only thing that affects that much in fallout 3 is the endurance stat, which gives you more hp and more endurance to body parts.I tried like a low lvl character, on very hard and had a super super mutant attack me with a giant club and it only pushes you back(you literally glide back, no animations) and do loads of damage. The melee mobs would just do like 25-40% of your hp instead of the usual 1-2%.
