In case anyone else is having issues getting this to appear at all in gmod v14, you need to download another addon from the workshop 1st that allows older mods to be used,It's called "Extended Spawnmenu"my only problems now (apart from gmod itself which is proving quite complex) is how to get her to appear as either an npc or player model, as method I've used has just got her showing up as a pose-able object,anyway, hope this helps someone
