It's a simple idea, not sure how hard to do though, that would be hilarious. Just imagine her eyes rattling around during a good face fucking ::) :o Other eye mods have been suggested but unlike those googly eyes could be totally 2D and can use the game's existing simple physics (I assume that there's different code for hair/costume and cum physics). Custom drawn eyes could make it more fitting/versatile than the vanilla eyes.
