Make the request in the thread that you started, or send a private message to a moderator.
Note that if the thread has posts in it by persons other than the person who started it, the thread will PROBABLY not be deleted. If that is the case, the person who started the thread can delete his posts (except the first post), and erase or overwrite the contents of said first post.
