Although downloading sby's Loader pack is a great idea (and that way you can see where everything goes), you still gonna need to download separately the latest version of animtools and replace the settings file and the mod in $Init folder (and the name of the mod in Mods.txt) in that pack. My dialogues use Animtools 19(.3) to load some positions and I think it has not been updated in the pack yet. You'll find the Animtools folder within in the settings folderin that pack.
