Would it be possible for someone to make a Loader Mod that improves Her tongue function?

For example; When Her tongue is enabled, the Mod would allow more control over it (i.e. up, down, slightly left, and slightly right movement) for improved licking. The Mod would also allow the option to have Her tongue always out when "throating", with an added hotkey option for enabling/disabling Her tongue.

You know what man? The tongue is !@#$%^& annoying as hell. When she talks, sometimes she just don't EVER pull her tongue out for a while... like, instead of freaking trying to go to the menu, why can't there be a shortcut for the tongue? That would be a perfect idea!
