However, the resolution of the reference is not very good and it seems that the hair is moving. I'll try to make up something with the first image of this low resolution GIF, unless someone finds a better reference before i finish.

Hair mod and custom data are available in my import thread.
I didn't added earings because she seem to have several different pairs on the images of her I could find.
I had problems making the reflections in the hair, because the references shots I could get were very pixelated, so I finished by making something on my own. It is the best I can do by myself, if you want something more similar to the OAV/manga, find me some high resolution side shots, preferably while she's standing still.
