At the moment, you can make her flat-chested, give her a penis and use a mod to make her a little more muscular (although I can't remember what that one is called). Even then you end up with a very girly boy.
Possible ? Yes.
How ? Make a male body "costume".
Difficult ? Kind of. Mostly depends how far you want to go, chest only or arms, legs, feet, hands etc.
Up for it ? not atm but maybe someone else will be.
