Modmaking: How can I make part of her earring go behind her ear? (1 Viewer)

I've finished a pair of fidget spinner earrings. The fidget spinners are attached via a ring. I want the half of the ring farthest from the viewer to go behind her ear, like an actual ring earring would. How can I do this in Konashion's mod template? Do I have to use a Loader template instead? Also how can I make the earring go on her left ear as well?
