It depends on what you want.If it's a hair import (that is not in the .swf -format), you can just download the picture and save it where you want. Make sure, though, that you download the hair itself, and not just a screenshot of it ingame.Then there's stuff like clothing or different bodies or tattoos and all that ruckus, usually in the format .swf.
