Basically the title :P, if possible, I'm looking for a mod which restricts him from ejaculating until she deepthroats him at least once, something like resetting the pleasure levels down to a low percentage after reaching about 80% and not having deepthroated yet. Perhaps even a toggable option to make so that he can ONLY cum while balls deep?

Dialogue writers can do the first option (not cum until deepthroat) with dialogueactions, just have every line reset his pleasure to 50 until at least a first_dt triggers. As for the second option (can't cum unless balls deep), I did some experiments with DA's cum block function and ejaculation trigger, but it's still extremely unreliable. If someone is taking it gentle/auto mode is being a bitch, you can have minutes of the game flashing white without anything happening, which is more frustrating than anything.

Interesting. Would it be possible to write a script for this? Without any actual dialogue though, just the reset happening.

Something like this, perhaps? You need dialogdisplayedit as well as DA to prevent empty dialog boxes.
