Hello Kingdev.
Those references seem good enough to make a costume, the only problems are that the "skirt" may be a little long and will remain oddly stiff when the character moves, and the satchel is never really visible from the side (90°) and will need to be redrawn from scratch by the potential modder.
Please avoid hosting your references on undertow.club next time. I did it for you, but next time they might be deleted without warning.
