Character costumes in the Black Desert are not made to fit the basic character's body shape. They are made primarily for design. Therefore, the character's body is clipped from the costume. In order to avoid this awkwardness, partcutdesc.xml is used.
Its role is to cut the body of the part to be clipped from the costume.
For example, if a character's costume is modified to be skimpy, the cut body will be exposed. To avoid this, partcutdesc.xml must be rewritten.
There is one more item that cuts the body.
It is in the texture file.
It is a file with _ao in the texture name.
These cut the body that clips from the underwear when you put it on. So the body will be cut in the shape of the underwear.
There is another file in the _ao file that has another role.
It is the file that creates the shadow of the costume on the body.
The difference between these textures is obvious
The base color of the texture that cuts the body is yellow.
The base color of the texture that creates the shadow on the body is white.
This is a rough explanation.
