In simple terms, first use pactool to convert the .pac file to .dae, then find the file you want to modify (filename_mesh00_lod0.dae) > import into Blender > delete the old model > replace it with your own model > bind to an empty group with ctrl + p > export .dae > replace the UV texture with the corresponding material (.dds). Finally, repackage the modified .dae back into the .pac file > place the modified files (.pac & .dds) into the folder.Note that each different _mesh has its own corresponding material, and some materials may be shared with other models, so use your discretion.It is recommended to use pactool 1.4.4 for importing .dae into Blender as it has fewer issues. I use PS, but you need to download the DDS plugin online to replace the textures you created in PS.All this information is what I learned from forums, so there might be some errors.
