I love this one.

-Don't call in back-up? Check

-Walk into unknown situations alone? Check

-Confront criminals with underwhelming force? Check

-Bring a gun to a fight and not use it? Check

-Don't bring a radio to keep in touch with your partner? Check

-Don't attempt to run away, no matter how much you're losing? Check

With all that, I'm surprised she ended up losing in the end. Because she did "everything" right.
