I seem to have the same Issue as alot of people. Only the Message "Please register for a free account to download" is showing up after making an account..

I checked your account settings; the status shows "Awaiting e-mail confirmation". If you use a valid e-mail when registering, check your junk or spam folder for the confirmation e-mail. Incidentally, I could not find a domain "s-liso.de". Did you enter your e-mail correctly?
